Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging when applicable. Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at service@totestra.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an item being defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@totestra.com.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer are generally not eligible for return.
